Because we provide lending and banking services rather than goods, returns are handled as payment reversals and fee adjustments.
Payment reversals
A payment made in error can be reviewed for reversal if reported within 3 business days of posting.
Fee refunds
Fees charged in error are refunded to your loan checking account within 5–7 business days of confirmation.
Loan disbursements
Funds released from an approved loan cannot be returned for a fee refund; instead, an early payoff may be requested with no prepayment penalty at affiliated banks.
